Welcome to Homeroom 25

Although our time spent together in homeroom is short, it is an important start to all of our day.

During homeroom, student's will have an opportunity to briefly "check-in" with their peers and prepare for their day. I also encourage my students to take this time to inform me of any "situation" they may feel uncomfortable about so that we may address it (although it may not be immediate, unless the situation deems it be, it will be addressed in a timely manner).

- School Announcements -

If there are morning announcements, students are expected to show respect to the speaker and to each other
by sitting quietly and listening intently.

- Notices Being Sent Home -

If notices or any other material needing to go home is handed out to students during homeroom, they will be encouraged to put it in a safe place where they won't forget to deliver it to their parent(s) or guardian(s). Although it is the student's responsibility to bring these notices home, it doesn't always happen. Therefore, in an effort to keep the communication flowing between school and home, I will make every effort to post any notices and/or materials that I hand out during homeroom here on this page.

Parents and guardians are also encouraged to sign-up here on my website to receive an email informing them that a notice or any other material was in fact handed out to my homeroom students. You are also encouraged to visit the Consentino website and subscribe to the "feed" of the HPS/Consentino News Ticker. This "feed" will automatically download new news (including information about notices being sent home) into your web browser. You simply have to click on the "Feeds" tab.
